| Abstract: | This paper divides the abilities of subject librarian into four modules which are knowledge & skills, resources & management & application, marketing & teaching, assessment & development, and nine capabilities which are necessary knowledge, necessary skills, resource achieving, knowledge management, capacity for scientific research, marketing ability, teaching ability, assessment & reflection, and development & innovation. The subject librarian abilities clouds model are constructed and applied to subject librarian’s selection, training and performance appraisal. |
