粉煤灰活化及在含油废水处理中的应用研究

摘    要:通过正交实验确定了最佳粉煤灰的活化改性条件:焙烧温度为300℃,Na2CO3加入量为20g,硫酸浓度为70%。将此条件下活化的粉煤灰用于含油废水的处理,在温度为20--25℃,pH值近中性,慢速搅拌时间10min,活化粉煤灰投加量为50g/500mL,含油废水中的COD去除率可达到68.59%,去除效果与活性炭相当,实现了“以废治废”的目的。

Abstract:Abstract: Activation of fly ash modified conditions determined by orthogonal experiments: calci- nation temperature of 300 ℃, addition amount of Na2CO3 20 g activation, activated sulfuric acid concentration of 70%. These conditions of activated fly ash are used for the treatment of oily wastewater, the temperature being at a temperature of 20 to 25℃, pH value near neutral, slow stirring time of 10 min, activated fly ash dosage of 50 g/500 mL, oily wastewater COD removal rate can reach 68.59%, removal efficiency of activated carbon equivalent reached by "waste used for waste purpose".
