| 摘 要： | 法律评价指标分为宏观指标、中观指标、微观指标。宏观指标是评价法律体系的指标,包括位阶体系的完整性、体系结构的层次性、具有主体法和相关规范、内容上的完备性等。法律中观评价指标是评价某一具体规范性文件的指标,包括效力的合法性、篇章结构的合理性、基本原则的统御性、基本制度的功用性和立法技术的先进性。微观指标是评价某一具体条文指标,包括形式的完整性、表述的精准性、内容的正义性、条文的协调性。

| Abstract: | The legal evaluation indexes are divided into the macroeconomic indexes and meso indexes,micro indexes.The macro indexes which include the completeness,hierarchy,with the main law and related legal and completeness are to evaluate the environmental law system.The meso indexes which include legality,discourse structure,basic principles,basic system and the legislative technique are to evaluate a specific legal.The micro indexes which include the integrity of the form,expression accuracy,the legitimacy of the content and coordination are to evaluate legal provisions. |
