中国教师教育:现状、问题与趋势

摘    要:中国教师教育正得到政府、社会前所未有的关注。教师教育的概念已经取代了师范教育的概念并得到了普遍的共识。近年来,关于教师教育改革与发展的讨论不绝于耳,而酝酿已久的全国性的教师教育工作会议也拟于今年召开。教师教育已经经历并且呼唤更大的改革与更迅速的发展。因而,回顾中国教师教育发展的过去,反思教师教育发展中的问题,展望教师教育发展的未来走向,对于中国教师教育进一步地改革与发展具有积极的意义。

Abstract:China's teacher education is unprecedentedly concerned by its government and whole society. The concept of teacher education has taken the place of the concept of normal education, and has acquired a general common understanding. In recent years there have been a lot of discussions about reforms and developments of teacher education, and the expected national work conference on teacher education may be held this year. The teacher education is calling for a greater reform and more rapid development. Accordingly, it is significant for further reforms and developments of China's teacher education to recall its past, reflect its problems and look hopefully into its future.
