| 摘 要： | 技术风险传播过程中，由于科技进步还不能揭示出技术风险之所在和传媒者自身科技素质及其面临政治经济等压力或诱惑而不能正确选择，而造成传播对技术风险的影响并产生新的风险；要消除这些影响，科学家或专家要努力探究新技术的潜在风险，传媒者自身也要提高科技素养、加强职业道德建设并提升道德境界。

| Abstract: | In the process of technological risks＂ dissemination, there is the possibility of resulting in new risks because scientists and experts cannot tell where the technological risks lie and media practitioners cannot make proper choice as the end of their not being familiar with scientific knowledge in some aspects and the pressure or enticement from politics and economy. To eliminate such risk, scientists and experts should make great efforts to explore where the new technological risks are and media practitioners should enhance their scientific and technological knowledge, strengthen and advance their professional morality. |
