| 摘 要： | 博士研究生教育以培养高层次人才为目标,近年来,我国博士研究生教育发展迅速,培养规模不断扩大。分析现行博士研究生招生制度及其存在的问题,结合高校工作实际,针对存在的问题提出解决办法和建议,对博士研究生招生与学科建设具有重要的现实指导意义。
