| 摘 要： | 高考是一项重大的社会公共政策,公共政策的公平性主要是就公共政策公平与效率价值取向博弈分析的。对政策公平性调查分析不仅是整个中国社会对公平概念及原则的一种理性选择,同时对政策的未来走向起到决定性的作用。本文主要采用对象评定法对湖北省高考加分政策公平性进行调查研究。

| Abstract: | The present study tries to find out the balance between equality and efficiency of Gaokao,which is a major social public policy in China.The author here finds that the survey and the analysis of the mark adding policy in Gaokao is significant to indicate a kind of rational choice by whole society of the equality,and to help direct the future policy-making as well. |
