| 摘 要： | 我国的高考除了是高校生源选择机制外,还充当社会优秀人才预选机制,后者更加重要。高考的公平、公开、公正的形式和足够强的竞争程度、足够大的选择范围,决定了高考是一种合理的、比较科学的社会优秀人才预选机制,因此不需要进行大的改革,也不能盲目推行高校自主招生。985、211的高校身份官定等级制则是对社会优秀人才预选有弊无利的体制,也加剧了基础教育应试化和中小学生学习的负担。应该废止985、211体制,全面推行重点学科建设计划。
