| Abstract: | Circulation department is the bridge between library and its readers.Library should make clearly targeted efforts to solve problems present in circulation.Positive and effective measures should be taken to encourage stuff to bring in innovations and to raise their work efficiency so that work of the circulation department can be greatly uplifted. |
