| 摘 要： | 地方新建本科院校在教学建设与管理中要通过指导教师制定课程实施方案，调整和完善教师的教育理论知识结构，使学校办学理念和专业人才培养的质量规格在课程设计环节得以落实；课程实施方案要解决教学观念、课程目标、单元教学设计、课程评价等主要问题。
