| Abstract: | The definition of employment invention and its ownership has always been the focus of both the academic circle and the practitioners.Based on an analysis of the present development stage of China's patents,and in line with the principle of efficiency and fairness,it proposes to reconstruct the ownership system of employment invention in Chinese patent law. |
