摘    要:本文认为,面对环境的高度不确定性,传统工业经济时代的产品管理战略已不能适应企业的发展,企业必须转向从顾客的角度进行经营,理解顾客与企业之间建立的联系,找出顾客关注的价值领域,以顾客价值为中心制定新的战略,从而将资源集中于最能产生回报的地方,同时指出建立良好的客户关系将成为企业长期赢利的关键。

Abstract:This paper indicates that under the highly uncertain environment,the traditional strategy of product management in the age of industrial economy dos not adapt to the development of enterprises.The modern enterprises must conduct their businesses from the customer's perspective,understand the ties and connections between the customers and the enterprises,find out the key areas of value which customers focus on,and make new customer-centered strategy.Therefore,the resources are put together in the places where most recompense can be brought about.The authors also point out that the establishment of good relationship with the customers is the key to long-term profit of enterprises.
