中等职业教育职普融通的路径选择

摘    要:随着经济社会的发展和教育改革的不断深入,职业教育的发展越来越迫切地需要实现职普融通。现阶段,我国中等层次教育的职普融通并不全面,许多问题呼唤全方位、深层次的职普融通。这些问题主要表现在:人才的培养方式缺乏终身教育、生涯教育的意识,课程设置侧重就业目的,对人的全面发展兼顾不够;制度上不允许学生在普教和职教间互相流动,不是本质上的融通。职普不融通制约了中等职业教育的发展。我们应该从中等层次职业教育的角度,审视职教与普教,承认二者在诸多方面存在差距;从课程设置、学分互认、证书等值等方面入手,建立职普融通的"立交桥",多渠道探索职普融通的路径,促进职普融通的发展,形成制度,从而为建立健全的职教体系服务。

Abstract:With the development of society and economy and the deepening of education reform,the development of vocational education more urgently need to implement accommodation of two kinds of education in high schools.At this stage,we need more approaches to realize the comprehensive accommodation and resolve a lot of problems in present vocational education.Many problems exist in understanding ideas,talent cultivation mode,the consciousness of lifelong education,career education,the curriculum design and so on.The present general education system and vocational education system do not allow students to flow from one to another,which restrains the development of secondary vocational education.We should admit that the gaps in various aspects exist.We should penetrate the resolution from the curriculum,mutual recognition of credits and certificate of equivalence to establish"overpass"through various channels to explore accommodation's path,and promote a sound system of vocational education services.
