第三部门与文化对话

摘    要:文化对话不仅是推动多边合作顺利进行,而且也是各个国家推出自己的价值观、打造"软实力"的有效途径。文化对话的最终目标是实现市民社会之间的相互理解,市民社会是文化对话的主体,因此,介于国家和社会之间的第三部门,在调动和组织社会力量推动文化对话和交流方面也发挥着不容忽视的作用。本文从与政府部门和私人组织相对比的角度,探讨为什么第三部门在文化对话领域能够发挥独特的优势作用,以及如何保障其独特作用的有效发挥。

Abstract:Cultural dialogue is not only an important means of promoting multilateral cooperation,but also an effective approach to building up "soft power" of a country in the era of globalization.The ultimate goal of cultural dialogue is to achieve mutual understanding among different civil societies.The civil society is the main part of cultural dialoge,and the third sector,which stands between the state and the society,may play an indispensable role in coordinating and organizing cultural dialogue.This paper attempts to discuss what has enabled the third sector to play its unique role in cultural dialogue and measures to ensure that it can function well through a comparison with government department and private organization.
