白腰文鸟上纹状体腹侧尾核的纤维联系

摘    要:本实采用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)顺逆行追踪方法,对白腰文鸟(LouchuraStriataSwinnoei)的端脑上纹状体腹侧尾核(HVC)的纤维联系进行了研究,结果发现:在端脑的古纹状体粗核(RA)和嗅叶X区(AreaX)有顺行标记终末,在端脑听区(fieldI)脑桥蓝斑(Loc),新纹状体中部界面核(Nif)和丘脑葡萄形核(uva)有逆行标记细胞,这就提示端脑内发声控制的最高位中枢(Hvc)既参与发声的学习和记忆也参与植物性和情绪性反应的调节

FIBER CONNECTION OF HYPERSTRIATUM VENTRAL PARS CAUDALIS OF LONCHURA STRIATA SWINNOEI
Abstract:This experiment makes a research on the fiber connection of HVc of Lonchura Striata Swinnoei with HRP and the direct motion and anti-motion tracing method and finds that there is a direct motion marked terminal in RA and Area X and there are anti-motion marked cells in Field L,Loc,Nif and UVa.This indicates that HVc is not only related to the learning and recalling of vocalivation but also related to the regulation of autonomic and emotional responces.
