| 摘 要： | 扩大群众的政治参与是新形势下党联系群众的重要方式。群众的政治参与是党执政的支持系统。群众正常利益的表达与政治参与渠道不通畅造成党群关系一定程度上的不和谐。党群关系的和谐在很大程度上取决于政治参与机制的健全和完善。

| Abstract: | Expanding the masses' participation in politics is an important channel that links the Party and the masses. The masses' participation in politics is supportive to the Party's reign. When the channel for the masses to express their reasonable request and to participate in politics is blocked, there appears, to a certain degree, an inharmonious relationship between the Party and the masses. Therefore, a harmonious relationship between the Party and the masses depends, to a large degree, on a sound and perfect mechanism of the political participation. |
