| 摘 要： | 作为中国现代改革的总设计师 ,邓小平的决策思想博大精深 ,决策方式丰富多样。邓小平探试决策思想主要特点是敢、新、活、实、稳。他在领导全党全民进行改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的整个过程中 ,非常善于运用突出实践、重视尝试这一探试决策模式。在高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜 ,把有中国特色社会主义事业全面推向新阶段的今天 ,学习和研究邓小平的探试决策思想 ,具有重要的现实意义

| Abstract: | As the general designer of China reform,the ideas of policy-making in Deng Xiaoping theory were broad and profound and his methods were rich and diverse.When he led the whole-nation and the whole-party in the process of reform and opening to the outside world and in the course of Chinese socialist modernization,he was skillful in appling the model of the trial policy-making .Today we are holding up the great banner of Deng Xiaoping,pushing the great undertaking of the socialism construction with Chinese characteristics to a new stage,it is very important to study the ideas of the trial policy-making in Deng Xiaoping theory.This essay discusses the ideas of the trial policy-making in Deng Xiaoping theory includes its cause of emergence,main characters and the practical significance today. |
