| 摘 要： | 近年来。河北民营企业得到了较快的发展。总体规模不断扩大。但在快速发展的同时。河北民营企业也受到了来自世界贸易组织成员国实施的绿色贸易壁垒的影响。为此。河北民营企业必须加强应对绿色贸易壁垒的组织工作。提高自身的环保意识，强化面向国际市场的创新行为，开发绿色无污染产品，以更好地规避绿色贸易壁垒的影响与制约。

| Abstract: | The private enterprises of Hebei Province have been developing rapidly in recent years; overall dimensions expands ceaselessly. However, as these private enterprises are developing at high speed, they have been affected by the Green Trade Barrier from members of WTO. Therefore, Hebei private enterprises have to take countermeasures to be against the Green Trade Barrier, heighten the awareness of environmental protection, strengthen the innovations in international markets, and develop environmental pollutionfree products, so as to avoid the negative effects and restriction from Green Trade Barrier. |
