| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是当今社会主义现代化建设的指导思想和行动纲领.以人为本和经济社会全面、协调、可持续发展为其基本内容.科学发展观的提出是解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进、理论创新的重大成果.它具有深厚的哲学基础.它体现了尊重客观规律性和发挥人的主观能动性的统一.体现了人与自然对立统一的观点.体现了"两点论"与"重点论"的统一.体现了量变和质变的辩证关系.体现了马克思主义认识的目的是改造客观世界的观点.体现了理论和实践的辩证关系.体现了马克思主义生产力在社会发展过程中起最终决定作用的观点.体现了马克思主义历史主体论的基本观点.

| Abstract: | The scientific outlook of development is the guiding principle of Chinese modernization construction.It has three basic contents; being based on human ;the whole, the melody and the sustainable development of economy and society.Its a great fruit of opening the mind ,getting down to facts, keeping abreast with the times and the theoretic originality.It has profound philosophic basis.It shows the unity between respecting the objective law and developing man's subjective function; how's the unity between "two points and major point"; shows the dialectical relation between quantitative change and qualitative change ;shows the aim of knowledge is to cultivate the objective world ;shows the dialectical relation between theory and practice; shows the Marxism opinion that production power is the ultimately decisive part in the development of the society; and shows the Marxism basic opinion on the subject of history. |
