| 摘 要： | 面对来自社会及个人方方面面的压力，相当一部分大学生产生了心理问题。针对大学生中存在的心理问题，应加大心理健康知识宣传的力度。把心理健康教育与思想政治教育结合起来，把心理咨询和生活指导结合起来，寓心理健康教育于活动之中，以使大学生的心理健康教育工作能提高到一个新的水平。

| Abstract: | Psychological problems have arisen among quite a large number of college students because of all kinds of pressure from society family and individuals.As to the psychological problemes among the college students,we should make efforts to propagate the knowledge of psychological health,put the psychological health education together,and join with the psychological counsel and life guide,putting the psychological health education into the activities,and try to improve this special work to a high level. |
