| 摘 要： | 以2003年《课程方案》和《指导纲要》为依据，提出了田径类课程改革必须与时俱进，整合、开发、扩展新的教学内容，构建集娱乐性、健身性、竞技性和实用性为一体的“四大板块”课程结构体系。紧跟时代发展和基础教育改革的步伐，从教育、娱乐、健身、文化等角度重新审视田径类课程的价值，这是田径课程改革发展的必然出路和契机。
