| 摘 要： | 行政垄断是垄断的一种表现形式，它对市场的危害比经济垄断更严重、更广泛、更持久，成为社会主义市场经济发展的主要障碍。行政垄断的存在有着深刻的社会、经济和政治基础。因此，须从立法、行政改革、完善市场规则等方面着手。才能打破行政垄断。

| Abstract: | The administerial monopo ly is one form of monopoly represention.It is more serious,more extensive and more permanent to hurt the market compareing to the economic monopoly and become the main obstacle to the socialism market e conomic development.In China,the administerial monopoly has adeeply social,ecomo mic and political foundation.So it must adopt the measure from the lawmaking,adm inisterial refom and consummate market to break the administerial monopoly. |
