| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、逻辑分析及访谈法对足球场上不同位置运动员的职责与人的性格特征进行分析,结果表明:1)足球场上不同位置运动员肩负的职责不同,所具有的性格特征也不相同;2)不同位置的运动员,分别可以与意志型、情绪型、理智型、意志——理智型性格的人进行互补;3)在训练和比赛中,要充分尊重运动员的个性特征,利用其性格特点,挖掘运动员潜能,实现位置与性格的最优匹配。

| Abstract: | Using the literature material method, logic analysis and interview methods, this article analyzed responsibilities of football athletes in different position and personality characteristics. The results showed that 1） The football players take on the responsibilities of different position is different, have different character traits. 2） Athletes in different place can be complemental each other respectively with will type, emotion type, wisdom and will, intellectual personality. 3） In training and competition, and to fully respect the personality characteristics of athletes, with its characteristics, mining potential athletes, realize the optimal matching position and character. |
