| 摘 要： | 太极拳是中华武术的精粹,因其强身健体及自卫功能是吸引众多大学生积极参与其中的重要因素,其次太极拳运动特有的娱乐性和交流性也是使武术运动在大学生中倍受欢迎。通过推动太极拳在高校中的发展,适时地弘扬和传承武术文化,对发展和谐人文校园环境、培养大学生的高尚道德情操和传承民族文化精神有着重要作用。

| Abstract: | Tai Chi is the Chinese martial arts essence, because of their physical fitness and self-defense function is the important factor to attract many students actively involved, secondly Taijiquan is entertaining and communication also make Wushu sport has been in college students welcome. Through the development of Taijiquan in universities, to carry forward and inheritance of Wushu culture, plays an important role in the development of harmonious campus environment, cultivating students＇ noble moral sentiment and inherit the national culture spirit. |
