| 摘 要： | 针对国内外缺少对项目团队文化要素界定的现状,根据"文化—绩效"研究即团队文化与团队绩效关系的研究,采用理论推理及聚类分析的方法,创立了项目团队文化的要素组成包括:目标认知、价值观共识、团队精神、团队工作态度、人力资源环境。
