| Abstract: | The first part of Ode to the Orange, which observes the orange from author's own eye, is the ode to both man and the orange. The second part, which experiences and observes the selfhood by means of substitute & personification from the angel of the orange, is the orange's encouragement of man. There is a visual transition between the first and second part. These two parts, which are organically linked by the method of "unchangeable independence", exposes Qu Yuan's noble moral integrity. |
