| 摘 要： | 本文基于创新生命周期与产业演进的基本理论,认为当前我国提出要发展战略性新兴产业,其实质在于抓住国际上产业结构转换和升级的“机会窗口”,提升我国产业的技术实力和在国际产业分工中的地位.为此,我国应当立足于自主创新,大力推进技术、组织和制度方面的变革,为战略性新兴产业的成长创造良好的空间.
