| 摘 要： | 本文系统梳理了中国自然科学基金成立25年来项目资助格局的演变历程,重点分析了基金人才资助的特点及存在的问题.借鉴美国、日本及德国科学基金人才资助的经验,提出完善中国自然科学基金人才资助方式,建立人才成长早期培养专项基金,建立人才长期稳定支持机制等建议.

| Abstract: | This paper made a review on the history of projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China,analyzed the characteristics and problems of the strategy to support talents.Learning from the experiences of talents support by science foundations of the United States,Japan and Germany,this paper gave some suggestions on improving talents support,and establishing a special fund to develop early growth of talents and a long-term stable support to talents. |
