| 摘 要： | 产业集群是为创造竞争优势而形成的一种产业在空间聚集的组织形式.集群内企业间的关系已演化成既竞争又合作的博弈关系.本文以陶瓷产业集群为例,对产业集群中企业竞合行为与技术创新绩效进行了实证分析,运用陶瓷产业集群的109份问卷实证检验了产业集群中企业竞合行为对技术创新绩效的影响.研究结果表明,集群内企业间的合作对技术创新绩效的影响大于企业间的竞争对技术创新绩效的影响.因此,把握产业集群中企业间的竞合选择对提升集群中企业技术创新绩效尤为重要. |
