| 摘 要： | 自乾隆中叶以至清末，八旗蒙古人物长期为清廷守边治边。作为清廷倚重的边疆重臣，他们为清代边疆地区的治理与开发作出了重要贡献。与此同时，他们勤于著书立说，总结治边经验，为后人留下了一笔珍贵遗产。八旗蒙古人物在清代边疆治理与开发方面所起的作用及其边疆治理的一些积极思想主张，值得我们研究和借鉴。

| Abstract: | Eight-banner Mongolians had been guarding the border area for a long time during the Qing Dynasty from the middle of the Qing Dynasty Emperor Qianlong to the end of the dynasty.As the ministers of the Qing Dynasty relying heavily on the border areas,they had made the great contributions to governing and developing the border areas.Meanwhile,they were industrious in writing works and establishing some theories,and aggregated some experience of governing the border areas,leaving behind a precious inheritance ... |
