| 摘 要： | 研究农村金融制度和结构的创新要站在国民经济发展的战略高度,改革既有的农村正规金融体系,积极稳妥地进行金融机构的创新,规范农村非正规金融中介的发展,在农村金融服务体系中引进竞争机制并为农村金融环境提供立法保障和政策激励。

| Abstract: | We should stand the strategic height of national economy development to research into the innovation of rural financial system and structure in China, reform the existing rural regular financial system,actively and steadily make the innovation of financial organizations,normalize the development of non-regular finance in rural areas,bring in competitive system in rural financial service system,provide legislative security and policy stimulation for rural financial environment. |
