| 摘 要： | 当前我国高校在实践教学基地建设过程中普遍存在一些问题,如教育理念、校企合作、教师队伍建设方面相对滞后等,严重制约高校实践教学发展。针对这些问题,从企业和高校视角出发提出相应建议和解决措施。首先建议教育主管部门采取实际措施对高校实践教学予以支持,加强校企合作共建实践基地;其次,建议将实践教育贯穿大学人才培养全过程,构建有效基地运作和管理模式,加强师资队伍和基地设施建设,建立规范性制度保障等。这将促使理论与实践结合的教育目的在高校能顺利推进,并保障高校实践教学环节和"卓越工程师教育培养计划"高效实施。

| Abstract: | The problems, such as educational theory, school-enterprise cooperation, the organization of teacher＇ s staff, etc. , usually exist in the development of practical teaching base in University in China in re- cent years, and it severely inhibits the effective implementation of practical teaching program in universities. This article tackled these problems from the points of view of both university and enterprise. The proposed strategies and solution include two main aspects. One is the suggestion for the Ministry of Education to estab- lish the practical systems for supporting cooperation between enterprise and university in enhancing develop- ment of teaching base, and the other is to make a comprehensive and cohesive syllabus for the practical teach- ing, at the consideration of the routing management of the relevant regulations to ensure and Training Outstanding teaching base, the organization of teaching staff, and the quality of practical teaching and improvement of the Plan for Educating Engineers. |
