| 摘 要： | 专利预警是指在对相关技术领域和产品的专利信息进行采集、分析的基础上，把握产业或重要技术的研发方向，了解竞争者的动向，把可能发生专利纠纷的前兆及可能产生的危害、建议采取的对策措施及时告知相关政府部门、行业组织及业内企业。文章提出了行业专利预警系统构建方案和系统功能设计。

| Abstract: | The patent forewarning means that, based on collection and analysis of patent information about related technology and product, seizing the developing direction of industry or important technology, finding out the tendency of competitors, and promptly informing relevant government departments, trade organizations and enterprises about the precursor of possible patent disputes, the harm and the recommended countermeasures. In this paper construction plan of industry patent forewarning system and design of system function is given. |
