| Abstract: | If higher vocational colleges want to implement the strategy of scientific and technical culture to develop colleges vigorously,they should pay attention to the construction of scientific and technical culture,which focuses on carrying forward scientific and technical culture,creating scientific research atmosphere,emphasizing academic study,building professional culture,highlighting vocational guidance,promoting academic power,and creating feature brands. |
