| 摘 要： | 从人才培养的角度认为素质是一种心理品质,是知识内化、升华、沉淀的结果,具有相对稳定的品质。分析了素质教育的由来及发展要求。提出了大学生素质教育内容:思想品德素质教育、科学技术素质教育、人文素质教育、劳动素质教育和心理素质教育。

| Abstract: | This essay considers quality as a kind of mental character, a result of sublimation and precipitation of knowledge , which possesses a comparatively steady character. Whereafter, it provides an analysis to the origin and demand of development of quality-oriented education. The content of quality-oriented education to college students consists of quality-oriented education of thought and morality, quality-oriented education of science and technology, quality-oriented education of humanism, quality-oriented education of laboring and quality-oriented education of psychology and corporeity. |
