| 摘 要： | 自古以来中国人就有诚实守信的传统,人们对诚信的推崇早已上升到道德的高度,并且渗透到日常生活中的每个角落。一个人如果不讲信用,就不能在社会上立足;一个国家如果没有信用,就会导致社会生活的混乱甚至危及其自身的安全。然而,在错综复杂的社会环境下,信用不能也不可能简单的通过道德来维系并得到发展。因此,有必要建立一套中国自己的信用制度,既继承我国优良传统的精髓,又充分发挥现代法治理念的积极作用,真正让信用不再尴尬。

| Abstract: | Since ancient times,Chinese has had the tradition of being credible.Credit is so important that it's already regarded as a matter of moral and influences people's daily life in all aspects.Without credit,one cannot live in the society.Without credit,a country would be out of order and even be destroyed.However,under the condition of a synthesized society,it's incapable and impossible to maintain the credit by moral.Therefore,it's necessary to establish the credit system of China that inherits the soul of Chinese tradition and makes full use of the positive effects of modern law-ruling ideas as well. |
