| 摘 要： | 北京政府时期，从1912年回国进入外交界到1928年南京政府成立，顾维钧是修订不平等条约的主角。北京政府时期是顾维钧修订不平等条约活动的辉煌时期。他代表中国第一次在国际舞台上叫板说“不”，为中华民族争得了权益，提高了中国的国际地位。

| Abstract: | From Wellington Koo,who entered Chinese diplomatic service in 1912 to the Nanjing government,which was founded in 1928,Wellington Koo was the protagonist of the unequal treaties amendment during the Beijing Government period.The Beijing Government period is the golden era of his unequal treaties amendment activities.He represented China to say no in the international stage in the first time,and he struggled for the rights of the Chinese and the improvement of Chinese international status. |
