| 摘 要： | 文章以湖州市55家星级饭店为研究对象，从星级饭店等级结构特征、空间布局特征、不同地价区分布特征、不同道路等级分布特征、空间分布密度特征等方面对其空间布局进行了分析，并从星级饭店数量和等级结构调整、空间布局调整等方面提出优化策略及建议。

| Abstract: | This article takes 55 star-hotels as the study subjects in urban area of Huzhou,and studies the spatial distribution of star-hotels preliminarily,from star-rating-scale structural features general characteristics of spatial distribution,distribution features of premium to road grade and spatial density.Finally,some suggestions about how to optimize the spatial distribution of star-hotels are given,and they are quantity control,structure adjustment,and spatial distribution adjustment. |
