| Abstract: | The appeal right is an important lawsuit right for a civil action litigant, because of the system limitation, and our country civil appeal conditions so broad and so on, it is necessary ？to control the civil appeal right by the law. This article discusses on how to overcome the appeal system limitation, to correct our country broad civil appeal conditions, and carries on the multiple perspective inspection to the legal control to the civil appeal right. |
