| 摘 要： | 通过对风险企业整体收益最大化与风险企业家出于个人利益最大化两种情况的比较,分析了风险企业家的努力程度随风险投资家的管理监控而变化的情况以及在此基础上对风险企业收益的影响,认为风险企业家的努力程度对风险投资家管理监控的敏感性处于关键性地位,并且建立了风险企业的要素序贯投入模型。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the comparison of two situations of entire venture business revenue maximization and venture entrepreneur individual income maximization,this paper analyses the condition of changing degree of venture entrepreneur's endeavor along with the venture capitalist's management monitoring,as well as the influence towards Venture Business's revenue,and deems that the sensitivity of degree of venture entrepreneur's endeavor towards the venture capitalist's management monitoring is in the key status.A sequential investment model of essentials is established. |
