| 摘 要： | 根据功能要求，对非接触式IC卡收费机的硬件结构进行了设计．软件方面给出了收费机软件设计的思想，画出其软件设计的程序流程图，结合芯片DS12C887的特点，运用中间缓存法达到了收费机抗干扰的目的．

| Abstract: | On the base of function requirements, the paper gives a kind of hardware design of non-touched IC card charge machines. In addition, this paper explores the thinking of software design of the charge ones and gives a flow chart of software, and by means of process cashing method, solve the technology of anti-jamming. |
