| 摘 要： | 为了探讨减量训练对骨骼肌生化指标的影响，将2月龄雄性Wistar大鼠46只，按体重随机分为正常对照组（C）16只、负荷组（E组）30只，在训练第7N周末将大鼠按照体重再随机分组，分成同等负荷继续训练组（EC组）10只、减训组（T组）10只。再经过11周的训练，最后对右侧比目鱼肌进行生化实验，观察各组大鼠比目鱼肌生化指标的变化，结果显示：减量训练后，SDH的活性得到显著性提高（P〈0．05）；乳酸脱氢酶的活力比负荷训练7周组高，但不具显著性（P〉0．05）；糖原含量显著性增加（P〈0．05）。

| Abstract: | In order to probe how the tapering influences the biochemistry indexes of skeletal muscles,through comparative experiments,this article gets the result that after tapering 4 weeks,the activity of SDH and LDH raised significantly,and the glycogen contents increased specially. |
