| 摘 要： | 职业教育有广义与狭义之分，就狭义的职业教育而言，在知识经济时代应注重学生的适应性从业能力的培养，以适应职业流变的需要。通过对职业教育个体发展提出整体性的要求和加强基础学力的培育，以及注重学生获得知识的过程与手段，发展学生跨职业能力，即适应性从业能力。

| Abstract: | Vocational education can be understood in general and narrow senses.As far as the vocational education in narrow sense is concerned,we should pay great attention to the adaptable ability in the knowledge economy time,in order to fit the needs of occupation changing.By setting the integrated requests,enhancing the ability of basic learning,and paying great attention to the process of students'obtaining the knowledge,we can develop the students' inter-professional abilities,adaptable professional abilities forms. |
