摘    要:首先阐述了动力总成悬置系统以能量解耦指标为目标函数的优化设计方法,接着给出了所采用的遗传算法的计算方法,并以此为基础开发了用于悬置系统优化计算的软件——DMOUNT。最后应用DMOUNT对2个算例进行了计算,结果表明:利用遗传算法往往可以找到各个坐标方向均具有很高解耦程度的计算方案。

Abstract:In this paper,optimum design of engine mounting system with decoupling the model energy of the rigid body modes(RBM) is illustrated.Then the genetic algorithm used in this paper is presented.And based on this,a software named DMOUNT used for performance analysis and optimum design of engine mounting system is developed.Application to some practical design problems shows that Genetic algorithm can be used to decouple the engine mounting system effectively.
