| 摘 要： | 随着我国独立学院的迅速发展,独立学院的学生教育工作逐渐在学生基础素养、教师队伍结构以及教学管理机制等方面显现出与整体发展速度不相适应的一些问题。因此,独立学院学生思想政治教育工作的科学开展必须在以上几个方面进行有针对性的改善。在联系实际工作的基础上,应着重强化辅导员队伍专业建设、树立成功教育理念、加强学生心理健康教育等工作,真正科学有效推动独立学院的思想政治教育工作。

| Abstract: | In recent years,independent colleges have rapidly developed and began to encounter some difficulties in terms of students＇ basic quality,teachers＇ structure and teaching management mechanism,which can not adapt to their rapid development.In order to scientifically and successfully promote ideological and political education,it needs to establish professional counsellor teams,import advanced education concept and improve students＇ mental and physical health care,combined with real conditions. |
