| 摘 要： | 随着市场转型和文化市场的形成,高校学报内外部环境发生了重大的变化,学报办刊模式陈旧、缺乏时效性,＂千刊一面＂、＂低水平重复＂,体制落后、定位不清等弊端日益凸显。高校学报要应对危机,必须改变管理体制,坚持特色化办刊之路,强化市场取向,走专业化办刊之路,坚持专家办刊,走国际化之路。

| Abstract: | With the transformation from the planned economy to the market economy, college journals have been in- creasingly confronted with many prominent shortcomings, such as, old - fashioned publication model, less creative and academic material rescouces, institutional backwardness,indefinite objectives. In order to revive college journals in crisis, it is necessary to modernize management system, perform commercial operation and attract scholars. |
