| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代,我国图书馆必须积极转型和创新发展。本文通过分析美国国会图书馆的管理模式,结合图书馆现实存在的问题,提出了新形势下我国图书馆管理的NMC(Notion,Mode,Circum-stance)模式,从管理理念、管理方式与外在环境3个方面展开讨论了图书馆未来创新发展的主要思路。
