| 摘 要： | 随着经济社会的不断发展,人们生活水平也随之提高,不但有了一定的经济承受能力,还有了更多自由支配的闲暇时间;于是健康、休闲、时尚便成为人们追求更高生活质量的首选目标。但是休闲体育的未来如何科学发展还不是很明确,因此本文将对其将来的发展做一些探索。
