| 摘 要： | 1983年7月2日,钱学森同志在国防科技情报工作会议上作了关于《科技情报工作中的科学技术》的报告,报告具有划时代的理论意义和实践意义,当前有必要重温钱学森的这篇报告。本文根据钱学森的综合集成方法论思想,提出了一套构建情报研究科学技术体系的具体方案框架——情报搜集、情报存储、情报分析、情报服务。最后,对科技情报工作的科学技术性建设提出了一些具体的建议,推动科技情报工作早日实现现代化、信息化、自动化。
