摘    要:教师是校本课程开发的直接参与者,是主体。而职业技术院校的教师,缺乏课程意识,缺乏研究意识,缺乏校本课程开发的知识和技能,缺乏人际合作的能力。对这些问题只有清楚认识,才能有的放矢,适当解决,才能促使校本课程开发取得成功。

Abstract:Teachers are direct participators of school-based curriculum development.They are subjects of it.But the teachers at vocational and technical colleges are lacking curriculum and research consciousness,lacking the knowledge and technic of school-based curriculum development,lacking ability for people's co-operation,Only by knowing these problems clearly,can have a definite object in view and solve them properly,can impel school-based curriculum development to mee t with success.
